    Multi-tenant Microsoft Entra. Anyone in your organisation can use the assistant — and managers, IT, and HQ get the fleet console at the same URL on the same login.

  2. Install the in-store agents on your POS & back-office machines.

    A signed Windows installer. Pairs automatically with your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce instance through the same Commerce Scale Unit (formerly Retail Server) that Store Commerce already uses — local or cloud-hosted — and reports its status into your fleet console as it comes online.

  3. Add the Amicis Commerce Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot.
